We practice our patience by slowing down.

There's no doubt that our own lives and the world around us can move at a frenetic pace and yet nature moves in it's own time. On the podcast, I used the example of my dahlias that take weeks to fully bloom. All the while, they are lovely and unique in each stage of the process. Nature reminds us to be present not just for the end result, but for the journey as well.



One of the ways I tend to rush and forget to relish the process is eating. So, this week, we dive into a mindful eating exercise.
