Concentration and focus are often tricky to master in this busy world that demands our attention in chaotic bits and pieces. The surest path to developing the ability to concentrate is to practice mindful meditation. Perhaps it starts with just a few breaths before moving to a few minutes before moving to extended periods but we all start somewhere. Start today by finding your breath a few times throughout the day.
